-For .WEB.TR, .BIZ.TR, .INFO.TR, .TV.TR there are no special requirements. -For .COM.TR Turkish Applicants: - Individuals with presence in Turkey may register a .com.tr domain by providing a copy of their Turkish registered trademark which matches exactly their domain. A copy of the trademark is required. - Individuals with presence in Turkey may also register their name under the .com.tr extension in this format only name-surname.com.tr and a copy your identification certificate is required. - Legal entities and organizations with presence in Turkey may register a .com.tr domain by either providing a copy of their Turkish registered Trademark or Commercial Registration Certificate. Please note that your domain must match exactly your company name or trademarked name, ie "ABCDE .INC" may submit the domain "abcde.com.tr" or the trademark “ABCDE” may be used to register domain "abcde.com.tr". Foreign Applicants: - Foreign individuals may register a .com.tr domain only with a Turkish registered trademark the trademark must match the trademark exactly. A certificate from Turkish Patent Institute must be provided (Community or Madrid Protocol trademark certificates are not accepted). - - Foreign legal entities and organizations may also register a .com.tr domain as long as one of the following requirements can be met: 1.
