Personal registrations are not allowed. Registrations in .jobs can only be for your "company name", which means your legal or commonly known business name, or at least must include that name. Owner must be a Company from any country.
It is not imperative to have a registered Trademark in Cuba, however if the domain name is somehow alike to a trademark that is registered by a third party in Cuba, your domain name application will be rejected.
No generic or common words are allowed. Also there are not allowed country names (or similars) in any language and words related to geographic terms and nationalities.
