|

Requirements for .com.au Domain Name Registration
|
|
To be eligible for a .com.au or net.au, applicant must be an Australian Company, or be the owner of Australian Trademark application.
In case you are a foreign company you can register a .COM.AU domain if you apply for an Australian Trademark.

- Any company with residence in Brazil can register a .com.br domain name.

Requirements for .bg Domain Name Registration
|
|
Your domain can be registered in a ”protected” form if the name of the owner is the same as the name of domain .bg you would like to register or if you have a registered trademark in Bulgaria or in the European Union with the same name as the domain you would like to register. Your domain can be registered in an “unprotected” form if the name of the owner is different to the name of the domain you wish to register or if you don’t have a registered trademark in Bulgaria or the European Union with the same name as the domain you wish to register.
In case of dispute, a domain "unprotected" can be transferred by the authorities of Bulgaria to the person who started the dispute, provided they have sufficient basis to use the domain "unprotected". This person will have higher priority over the domain. bg than the holder of the domain "unprotected".
The client must sign a Power of Attorney document (we provide the template) which must be signed and notarized at the Bulgarian consulate. You must send the original Power of Attorney document to Bulgaria.

Requirements for .ca Domain Name Registration
|
|
Only individuals and entities that are Canadian residents or nationals can register .ca domain names.
In case you don’t meet the previous requirement, you still can register a .ca domain name if you own a Registered Trademark in Canada (please note your .CA domain name must consist of or include the exact word component of the registered trademark). Requirements for .cn Domain Name Registration
|
|
Currently only companies resident in China can be the owners of .CN domains.
If you are not able to meet this requirement, we will proceed with your .CN domain registration to the name of our Chinese representatives and then we will make the domain available to you.
This alternative does not have additional cost and we will send you a Domain Owner certificate after registration is complete.

|
|
.EU domain names are restricted to European Citizen or European Company.

Requirements for .fi Domain Name Registration
|
|
-In order to register a .FI domain name, you must have a trademark application/registration in Finland or in the European Union (Community Trademark). Trademark must match the domain you wish to register.
-If you are not able to meet this requirement, we can file a trademark application in Finland for an additional cost of USD 550. Please notice that as soon as you have a trademark application we would be able to file your domain registration.
-Additionally you must have a Finnish representative, if your company does not have one, we will proceed with registration of the domain to the name of our representatives in Finland and make it available to you; this alternative does not have any additional cost.

Requirements for .fr Domain Name Registration
|
|
In order to register a .FR or a .COM.FR domain name, you must meet one of the following requirements:
1. Corporate entities with a registered office or branch in France.
2. Trademark registered with France's National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) or a registered EU or international trademark specifically stating France.
3. Natural persons of full legal age residing in France or of French citizenship residing outside of France.
If you are not able to meet any of the above requirements we will proceed with registration using our company name and make it available to you; this alternative will have no additional charge.
Please notice that if the .com.fr domain is already registered, only its owner has the right to register the .fr. For example if you want to register the domain abcd.fr but abcd.com.fr is already registered by someone else, then you cannot register abcd.fr (unless you are also the owner of abcd.com.fr, both domains must have the same owner)
Please notice that if the .fr domain is already registered, you cannot register the .com.fr.

Requirements for .hk Domain Name Registration
|
|
-For .HK domain registration, there are no requirements.
-To register a domain. COM.HK, the authorities request a Certificate of Business Registration in Hong Kong.
In order to continue with the registration of the domain you must provide the following documents:
1) Certificate of Business Registration in Hong Kong.
If you do not meet these requirements, we can offer an alternative:
We can open a limited company in Hong Kong for your business, this may be a new company or a branch of your company established in Hong Kong. Please note some documents will be required.
The total cost for obtaining the Certificate of Business Registration if you can provide an address in Hong Kong, is USD 1325.
If you do not have an address in Hong Kong, we can provide the address for this service with an annual cost of USD 180.
After the first year of registration of the Company, there is an annual maintenance charge of USD 800.

Requirements for .co.id Domain Name Registration
|
|
-For .web.id there are not requirements, it is open for foreign entity or individual.
-For .co.id domain names one of the following requirements should be met:
*Domain Name should match the name of an Indonesian Corporation.
*Domain Name should match the name of an Indonesian trademark application/registration owned by an Indonesian Corporation.
The applicant must have a physical business presence in the Indonesia, such as a sole agent, branch office, etc. If your company does not meet the prior requirements, we can proceed with the domain registration in the name of our representatives in Indonesia and make it available to you; this alternative has an additional charge of USD 370. In this case, after registration we will send you a Certificate of ownership.

-For .IR there are not requirements.
-For .CO.IR owner must have a corporation in Iran. The domain name must have some relation with the company.

Requirements for .ie Domain Name Registration
|
|
In order to register .ie domain names, owner must meet some requirements:
- The owner must be a company represented by an individual. Please state who the owner should be in the following format:

- Option 1, the owner is a corporation (from any country) with a trademark registration from Ireland or a Community Trademark.
- Option 2, the owner has a Trademark from any other country, in this case, the owner must send a scanned copy of the trademark certificate and provide evidence of some connection to Ireland, this may include:
*Copies of invoices (showing trade to or from Ireland)
*High-quality brochures
*A signed letter on headed paper from a bank manager, firm of chartered accountant(s), registered auditor(s), tax consultant(s) (where the tax advisor identification number is displayed), or solicitor(s) confirming the applicants trade with Ireland.
- Option 3 a Sole Trader, Company or Unincorporated Association who hold a registered business name in Ireland can apply for a domain name, please note you must send a copy of the business certificate that clearly shows RBN Number.
If you are unable to meet one of the above options, you can register a business name in Ireland for USD 200; this takes approximately 4 weeks to register or you can file a Trademark in Ireland, we can help you with the process.

|

|

In order to register .jo and .com.jo domain names you must meet one of the following requirements:
1. Own a Company registered in Jordan.
2. Have a registered Trademark in any country.
The domain name must match the name of your Company or Trademark.
Additionally, you must have local presence in Jordan. If you don’t meet this requirement we can register the domain to the name of our representatives in Jordan and then make it available to you. In order to proceed this way you must sign a PoA (we will provide a model) and legalize it in the Jordanian Consulate (Apostilla). This alternative has no additional cost.

|
|
-For .PT domain registration a registered trademark from Portugal or European Union (community trademark) is needed, its name must match that of the domain. If you do not have a trademark, we can apply one in order to meet this requirement.
If you don’t have a trademark there is another alternative for registering a .PT domain name, your company name should match the name that you are trying to register. That is, if the name of your company (foreign company or local company) is "ABCDE .INC" you may submit the domain "abcde.pt". In case of this alternative, you will have to send us incorporation certificate from the country in which the company was incorporated.
-For .COM.PT there are no requirements.
