Trademark Registration Certificate

Once your trademark application is approved by the Trademark Office, our attorneys will complete all necessary tasks in order to obtain the registration certificate in Bangladesh. After the certificate is obtained, it will be forwarded to your postal address along with a registration report specifying the registration number, registration date and any special consideration that should be taken into account in Bangladesh.

The registration certificate is available after the application is approved.

We will periodically remind you of important dates, including trademark renewal.

When do I get the certificate?

Once Trademark Office accepts the registration of your trademark, our attorneys will proceed to complete all remaining tasks in order to obtain and forward the registration certificate to your address. This includes paying the last official registration fees to the Trademark Office in Bangladesh, this process of obtaining and delivering the registration certificate usually takes 15 days.

In the event that your trademark is objected or opposed, and you don’t want to reply to Trademark Office, your trademark application will be cancelled. If this is the case, you will not need to request this last service of Trademark Registration Certificate.
After your registration certificate is issued in Bangladesh, it will have a validity of 7 years.
