| Requirements for .al Domain Name Registration |

For .AL there are no requirements.
In order to register a .COM.AL, .NET.AL, .ORG.AL domain name, the owner must be an incorporated Company in Albania.
If you do not have a company in Albania, we will register the domain to the name of our local representatives and make it available to you; this alternative would have no additional charge.

For .COM.AR domain registration, the owner must have an address in Argentina. If you do not meet this requirement, we will provide our local address for the registration of your domain at no additional cost.

|
|
.ASIA domains can only be registered by companies or persons with physical presence in an Asian country.

| Requirements for .com.au Domain Name Registration |
|
|
To be eligible for a .com.au or net.au, applicant must:
- be an Australian registered company or have an Australian partnership or sole trader; or
- be the owner of an Australian Registered Trade Mark, the applicant of Australian Trademark, or the owner of an international trademark including the Australian territory.
You may apply for trademark registration here; please note that it is recommended to register the same name as the one used for your domain application. As for example, if the desired domain was “abcd.com.au”, then you would have to file for word mark “abcd”.

| Requirements for .bb Domain Name Registration |
|
|
|
- Any person/company with residence in Barbados can register .bb and .com.bb domain names.

Any individual or company with residence in Brazil can register a .BR domain name (only with CPF or CNPJ number).
If you do not meet the residence requirement, we can proceed with registration of the domain in the name of our company in Brazil and make it available to you; This option has an additional cost of US$ 60.
- .ORG.BR: domains can only be registered by non-profit organizations/enterprises such as charities, governmental agencies, professional associations, religious organizations, etc. based in Brazil.
- .MED.BR: In order to register a .MED.BR domain name, you must be a physical person and provide a copy of your CPF (national identification document).

| Requirements for .bg Domain Name Registration |
|
|
Your domain can be registered in a ”protected” form if the name of the owner is the same as the name of the .bg domain you would like to register, or if you have a registered trademark in Bulgaria or in the European Union with the same name as the domain you would like to register.
If you do not meet these requirements, we will proceed with the registration of the domain in an “unprotected” form to the name of our representatives.

In order to register a .ca domain you should:
- be a Canadian resident or national (individual or entity), or

| Requirements for .eu Domain Name Registration |
|
|
.EU domain names are restricted to European Citizen or European Company.
If you are not able to meet this residence requirement, we will register the domain to our European Branch, and then we will make the domain available to you; this alternative does not have additional cost. If you choose this alternative, after registration we can send you a Certificate of Ownership for your domain upon request.
*From March 5th until June 28th, 2013, any new domain .EU will be at a promotional price: USD 8 for the first year instead of USD 29.
The promotion is valid for new registrations only. Renewals do not apply.

| Requirements for .fi Domain Name Registration |
|
|
In order to register a .FI domain name, you must have:
- a trademark application/registration in Finland or in the European Union (if you do not have one, we can file a trademark application in Finland for an additional cost; you can register it online here); or
- a company registered in Finland (business ID is required)
The company or trademark name must be similar to the name of the domain.
In both cases, you must also have a Finnish representative; if your company does not have one, we will proceed with registration of the domain to the name of our representatives in Finland and make it available to you with no additional cost.

| Requirements for .fr Domain Name Registration |
|
|
For .FR domain registration, the owner must be a company or an individual domiciled in the European territory (European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland).

|

-For .HK domain registration there are no requirements.

| Requirements for .co.id Domain Name Registration |
|
|
-For .web.id domain names, there are not requirements, it is open for foreign entity or individual.
- For .my.id domain names, the owner must be an individual.
-For .co.id and/or .biz.id domain names, the applicant must meet one of the following requirements:
1. Owner must be an Indonesian Corporation and the domain Name should match the name of the company; or
2. Owner must have a trademark application/registration in Indonesian and the domain name should match the name of the trademark.
The applicant must have a physical business presence in the Indonesia, such as a sole agent, branch office, etc. If your company does not meet any of the prior requirements, we can proceed with the domain registration in the name of our representatives in Indonesia and make it available to you; this alternative has an additional charge of USD 370. In this case, after registration we will send you a Certificate of ownership.

|
|
- For .IR, domain authorities from Iran request passport information in case of an individual or company information in case of a corporation.
-For .CO.IR owner must have a corporation in Iran. The domain name must have some relation with the company.

| Requirements for .ie Domain Name Registration |
|
|
Companies worldwide are allowed to register .IE Domain names. However in order to register, applicants must provide certain supporting information and those who are not situated in Ireland must demonstrate a real and substantive connection with Ireland (with the exception of those applying by means of Community Trademark).
Applicants authorized to register an .IE domain are:
- be an Irish citizen or resident (individual) registering his own personal name, or
- be an incorporated company registering its corporate name, or
- have a registered trademark, or
- be a sole trader, company or unincorporated association who hold a registered business name
If you are unable to meet one of the above options, you can file a Trademark in Ireland or in the European Union through us. This way you would be able to register a .ie domain.

|
|
The owner must be an individual or juridical person residing in or belonging to a European Union Member State.

-For .JP domain registration there are no special requirements (we provide needed Japanese address)
-For .CO.JP domain registration there are requirements:

In order to register .jo and .com.jo domain names you must:
- own a Company registered in Jordan, or

|
-For .COM.MY, .ORG.MY, .NET.MY the owner must be a company with local presence in Malaysia.

|
|
- For .CO.NO there are no requirements.
- For .NO, the owner must be incorporated in Norway.

| Requirements for .com.pa Domain Name Registration |
|
|
- Domain registrations under the top level extension .PA are currently available for holders of .COM.PA domain names registered prior to January 31, 2012 (Sunrise period). The domain will be registered with the exact same information as your existing .COM.PA domain.
If you do not meet those requirements, we will try to register your domain as soon as the extension becomes available on a first come, first served basis in January 2014 (to be confirmed by NIC.PA).
- Requirements for domain names in Panama: the owner must be a company (from any country), not an individual.
If you do not meet this requirement, we will proceed with the registration using our company name and make it available to you; this alternative has no additional cost.

- For .WEB.TR, .BIZ.TR, .INFO.TR, .TV.TR there are no special requirements.

certify that the domain name you apply for is your registered trademark or corporate name.
Furthermore, foreign applicants must also prove business activity in
Turkey or have a business relation with a company that is domiciled in Turkey
and provide supporting official documents.

For domain registration under one the following .uk Second Level Domains, the owner needs to make sure that he meets the following requirements:

- .net.uk: registrant is required to be Internet Service Provider. The Domain Name registered is the same as or a similar variant of the applicant's name
- .org.uk: registrant is intended to be not-for-profit or public service enterprise

| Requirements for .us Domain Name Registration |
|
|
In order to register a .US domain name, the owner must be either:
- A natural person who is a United States citizen, who is a permanent resident of the United States of America or any of its possessions or territories, or whose primary place of domicile is in the United States of America or any of its possessions.
- A United States entity or organization that is incorporated within one of the fifty U.S. states, the District of Columbia, or any of the United States possessions or territories.
- A foreign entity or organization that has a presence in the United States of America or any of its possessions or territories.
